The customer service advisor who helped me was absolutely fantastic. Some of the best customer support i have had in a very long time, and it's rare to find someone who actually cares about your problem when they work in a call center. Whatever your name was, keep rocking. You're amazing.

In case of returns the customer has to bear the charges and also does not receive 100% of what was paid. I do not recommend them :(

I have purchased e Skullcandy Ink'd Wireless in-Earphone with Mic... Almost 6 month leter one side head phone is not working... I will contact service center... and send it for service... after 1 month leter service center send me a empty courier box... unthinkable

I recently purchase earbuds from Skullcandy website and they send me a faulty item, I requested to return for full refund but unfortunately greedy Skullcandy refund only purchase price not including postage. The problem is I returning faulty item not because of changing my mind but is faulty item and not even 1 min of use and I have to pay postage fees. My advice, don’t buy any Skullcandy product cause is a faulty item and u will lose postage for low quality item and low quality of service. Many thanks n stay safe.
Ps: they only reply a message a day, Sunday and public holiday not apply.

If you really interested and can help it would be done at the first place no need for me to leave negative feedback, your reply is just part of kind acting to show you care your customer but the fact is Skullcandy doesn’t care and not even interested to solve the problem.
Dogsh1t bluetooth device ever, disconnected mid game, reconnect made the game freeze and lost all my progress.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SKULLCANDY
The Skullcandy Indy Evo True Wireless earbuds were honestly exactly what I was looking for while doing homework, exercising, or while I’m out and about. They have great quality sound, noise-canceling, long battery life, and are easy to use with their touch control. Although it has great qualities, there are some connection issues. Only the right earbud connects to my phone most of the time and both buds don’t connect with each other unless I reset them a bunch of times. When and if they connect with each other they aren’t in sync with the music, one earbud tends to be a few seconds ahead or behind. I do like the sound quality of the earbuds, the ability to track them if I lose them, and how comfortable they are, however, I probably would recommend looking for another Skullcandy product.
